It is a desk for learning to make and keep money, run by two AI coaches who argue with each other in front of you. It teaches, it measures, and it keeps a record — and it never touches your money. There is no account to link, no balance to hold, and nothing here can place a trade. What you get is the reasoning, both sides of it, and a record of what happened afterwards.
Why does the app tell me things DON'T work?
Because they were measured and they didn't, and you would rather find that out here than with your own money. Following the funds this desk tracks returned -0.19% a year against the index; following disclosed congressional buys returned -0.21%, and following what those members SOLD did better than following what they bought. Every screen in the library, held for twenty years, failed to clear the bar. All of that ships attached to the feature it refutes. Nobody else in this market prints their own scorecard, and it is the main reason to trust the numbers that do look good.
The two coaches
Who are Sovereign and Revenant?
Two coaches with opposite jobs, on purpose. SOVEREIGN audits: what could go wrong, what it costs if you are wrong, what to protect. REVENANT hunts: what could be built, what standing still is costing you. Neither hands down a verdict. Every idea has to survive both of them before it reaches you, and you are the one who decides.
Will they tell me what to buy?
No, and that is the one thing they will always refuse. No buy, sell or hold calls, no price targets, no 'this is right for you'. They will give you the mechanism, both cases, the honest trade-offs and the questions to answer first. Anything about your specific situation — law, tax, insurance, estate — goes to a licensed professional, and they will say so rather than guess.
Are they real people?
No. They are constructs — the voice the desk speaks through. If you ask either of them sincerely, they will tell you exactly that rather than play along. The measurements behind them are real, and so is the record they keep with you.
Do they remember me?
Yes, within the desk. They carry your intake answers, your sealed decisions and how those were graded, notes they have kept about what you are working on, and your standing in the School and the simulator. That is what lets them say 'you told me you would stop doing this' instead of meeting you fresh every time.
What the Twins can see
Everything below is in front of them when you talk. It is listed exactly, because a desk that asks you to think out loud about money owes you a precise answer to who is reading.
They see
Which means
Your watchlist
the names you are watching and the last verdict on each
Your positions
symbol, size, average cost and stop — as YOU entered them in the ledger. Typed in by you, never fetched from a broker.
Your Risk Meter
the concentration and correlation score across your book
Your research
reports you have run, and how they were graded later
Your sealed record
decisions you sealed before acting, both cases, and the grade once the ninety days are up
Your intake
the seven answers, which decide what gets taught first and which twin leads
Your desk standing
School rank and simulator record — process material, never a brokerage account
Notes they keep
durable things you told them, which you can read and delete in Settings
The desk's own evidence
every measurement in this app, including the ones that refute its features
Today's market reads
posture, mood, dealer gamma, exhaustion, the history engine's closest analog, and the wire
What they cannot see or do
Any account of yours. No broker, no bank, no exchange, no wallet keys. Nothing here connects to money.
Your real balance. Positions are what you typed into the ledger, and nothing verifies or fetches them.
Any other member. Conversations and records are yours alone.
Anything outside this desk — your email, your files, your other apps.
The future. They read what has happened and what is happening; nothing here predicts a price, and they will not pretend otherwise.
The rules this desk will not bend
Educational only — never a buy, sell or hold call, never a price target, never advice about your specific situation.
Zero execution. The desk never touches, holds, or moves money.
Nothing bullish without its bear case. If one twin likes something, the other takes it apart in front of you.
Every number was measured, and the measurements that failed are published beside the features they refute.
Rank is earned by doing the work and cannot be bought — not by anyone.
Rewards always show what they contain and what they cost before you commit to them. No loot boxes, no slot machines.
Decision records are append-only. Nothing you sealed can be edited once the answer is known.
Manipulation is taught as defence only — recognise it, name it, counter it — and the desk will not run any of it on you.

The Intake
the intake, in Settings
the seven questions we ask once — what they have actually done with money, not what they think of themselves. It decides what the desk teaches first.
Seven self-reported answers. They shape what you are taught first — they are not an assessment of you, and nothing here is scored.
The Briefing
the Briefing
today's read: posture, the macro wire, the history engine's closest analog, and what the desk is watching.
A read of today. It describes the weather the market is in, never what tomorrow does, and nothing in it is timed to when you should act.
The Twins
The Twins
here
either of us alone, or both of us in one thread arguing it out. We see their watchlist, positions, risk score and the desk's measurements.
They can see your watchlist, your book, your risk score and the desk's measurements. They cannot see any account of yours, and they do not know what you have not told them.

the mindset spine the whole desk is built on.
The mindset spine. Twelve laws, none of which will tell you what to buy.
Discover — finding and checking things
The Dossier
Check any asset
one name, both cases: signal, reverse-DCF valuation, 13F and insider flow, earnings, dealer gamma, the exhaustion read, and the STRUCTURE OBSERVER — which describes what is visible on the chart and never what comes next. Crypto dossiers add HOLDER CONCENTRATION: a structural fact, not a verdict, and read in context, never alone.
Both cases on one name. The structure read describes what is visible on the chart and never what comes next.
Discovery
Discover
the measured screen library — every screen carries the size of its edge and the times it failed. Several were deleted for not working.
Every screen carries the size of its edge and the times it failed. A screen is a place to start looking, never a list to buy.
The Vault
Discover, then the Vault
the same library measured on HOLDING periods rather than 20-day windows. Its headline is that nothing in it cleared the bar, and the crypto half lost to simply holding bitcoin.
Measured on holding periods rather than 20-day windows. Nothing in it cleared the bar, and the crypto half lost to simply holding bitcoin — that result is the point of the room.
Big Money
Discover, then Big Money
what funds and House members disclosed, how late the public learned, and what they paid. It ships with the measurement that copying it did not work.
What was disclosed, and how late. 13F filings run up to 45 days behind the trade, and the desk's own measurement found that copying them did not work.
Insiders
Discover, then Insiders
the measured crypto lenses and insider filings.
Measured crypto lenses and insider filings. Both describe what has already happened, not what happens next.
Trenches
Discover, then Trenches
the degen end of crypto, flagged as exactly that.
The least measurable corner of the desk, labelled that way on purpose. Nothing here carries the evidence the measured screens do.
Gem Hunter · DEEP RESEARCH
Discover, then Gem Hunter
the full-desk memo: every instrument feeds the evidence pack, the memo names where the lenses conflict, carries both cases, five due-diligence questions, and TRIPWIRES that would flip its verdict. A RED TEAM audit is appended to every one. Reports are graded later against what actually happened.
A memo, not a verdict. It names where its own lenses disagree, carries tripwires that would flip it, and gets graded later against what actually happened.
Tape Today

the confluence board — what is lining up across the desk right now, and what is not.

sector and cross-chain liquidity rotation.

Ballista
Discover
the asymmetry scanner.
Asymmetry is stored energy that still needs a catalyst, and the catalyst may never arrive. Distance is not direction.
The Desk — reading the market
The WORK STATION
the Desk station
the hub of every market instrument, one tap each — mood, pulse, dealer gamma, positioning, insider and dark-pool flow, smart money, whale flow, holders, the wire — plus the doors to the School and the simulator.
The hub for every instrument. Each describes a different slice of the same market, and they are not built to agree.
The Wire
the Desk station
today's macro brief and the news net.
Today's macro brief and the news net. News explains what already moved far more reliably than it predicts what will.
Market Mood
the Desk station
the day's temperature.
The day's temperature. It describes right now and says nothing about tomorrow.
Multi-Asset Pulse
the Desk station
cross-asset factors in one view.
Cross-asset factors on free, delayed data. It shows where money has been flowing — it is not a recommendation.
Dealer Gamma
the Desk station
where dealers are forced to act.
Where dealers are forced to act, on data delayed roughly 15 minutes or drawn from the prior close. Educational, never a signal.
Positioning
the Desk station
who is leaning which way.
Who is leaning which way. Positioning shows crowding, and crowded is not the same as wrong.
Insider Flow
the Desk station
what company insiders actually filed.
What insiders actually filed. Buying is a conviction tell; selling can be tax or diversification rather than a view.
The DARK POOL OBSERVER
the Desk station
FINRA's free off-exchange tape — what share of volume crossed away from lit exchanges, which pools crossed it, and the average print size. Doctrine: these are MATCHED trades, a buyer and a seller both, so the volume has NO direction. It says someone big was active, never which way they lean, and the venue detail runs weeks behind. Teach it as 'where it traded', never as a signal.

SMART MONEY FLOW
the Desk station
live perp positioning of the most profitable verified desks on a public leaderboard. It shows where money IS, never where price GOES — top traders are wrong constantly and books flip in minutes. Copying a position without understanding it copies the risk, not the edge.

WHALE FLOW
the Desk station
net deposits and withdrawals at publicly labelled exchange wallets — in leans distribution, out leans accumulation. Wallets also move for custody and OTC reasons, and a handful of them is a sample, not the whole market.

Holders
the Desk station
who owns the supply, and how concentrated it is.
A structural fact, not a verdict. Concentration is read in context and never alone.
Backtest
the Desk station
test a rule against history.
The shape of an idea in the past. The past does not owe the future a repeat, and a rule tested until it works is a rule fitted to history.
Pathfinder
the Desk station
map a plan forward.
A map of a plan under assumptions you set. Change an assumption and the map changes — that is the lesson, not the number at the end.
Your Book — what you actually hold and decide
The Record
the Book station
sealed verdicts. Before they act, both of us write our case with a claim that could turn out false; ninety days later the desk grades the outcome AND both of us.
Your own sealed cases, graded ninety days later. It grades the Twins too — it is not a scoreboard you are meant to win.

the Book station
positions, lots, sales, and the decision journal — append-only, so the reasoning survives the outcome.
Append-only, so the reasoning survives the outcome. Nothing here can be edited after the fact, including by you.
Watchlist
the Book station
names they are watching, re-verdicted on recheck.
Names re-verdicted on recheck. A changed verdict is a factual observation, not a prediction.
Risk Meter
the Book station
basket heat — concentration and correlation risk across the whole book, not one position at a time.
Concentration and correlation across the whole book. It measures how your positions move together, never whether any one of them is any good.
Position Sizer
the Book station
size and a Monte Carlo on the outcome distribution.
A distribution of outcomes, not a prediction of one. Your win-rate is noise until you have trades behind it.
Alerts
the Book station
the inbox that watches names and structure for them.
It watches names and structure and tells you something moved. What the move means is still your call.
Wallets
the Book station
on-chain wallet watching.
Publicly labelled wallets only. Wallets also move for custody and OTC reasons that look identical from the outside.
Ledger Review
the Book station
the weekly read of the whole book, with structure and exhaustion on the top holdings beside the P&L.
A weekly read of your process, not your outcomes — and never a call on any specific holding.
